Arrived in London in the afternoon, needed a place to store our luggage while we went to the theatre. Booking was tricky, there was a technical problem but the support person was very helpful and the booking was made quite quickly. Our suitcase was stored in a small room behind reception in a Premier Inn and we felt it was safe there.

The website could probably differentiate ski bags from other luggage as the hotel is complaining that ski bags are not considered luggage, so the best way is to have ski bags and luggage differentiated, so the hotel doesn’t complain.
Transaction was seamless, it was great to store my luggage at a hotel for a number of days.
