Very easy to book, after that you just have to come to the location around the time you wrote to store your luggage and the same to take it back and that's it. Overall I had no difficulties at all.

Had my doubts about this, but honestly I’d recommend to anyone that needed to leave their case for a day. I used mail boxes etc at Euston, it’s literally around the corner, they tag your case and give you a card to identify your luggage so is safe and secure. Would use again- great price too

The system is easy to use for booking online. I had to do 2 bookings since I changed my mind about the quantity of luggage. At the hotel, it was very speedy. The Edinburgh location is excellent for train services. Only a 10-minute walk. As a suggestion, I'd say please make the plastic tag you give to customers as proof a bit bigger. I was worried I'd lose them! Maybe a slightly different price for leaving a small backpack or handbag. I will use the service again.
