Amazing service! Convenient location, kept my bag safe all day, and gave me a coffee (that another customer didn't want) as I was leaving. Lovely people!

I used Stasher as I needed to store my suitcase somewhere central while I was exploring Palermo during the day. There was one spot with a bike store, which I booked. The man in the bike store was very polite and professional - gave me a receipt that I needed to bring back in the evening to get my suitcase. Super pleasant experience.

I was unable to find a location available when I tried to book a day before arrival, I sent a question on the chat and received a response some time later (It wasn't immediate response but I wasn't checking it until much later) to let me know about something that opened up. Leaving and retrieving bag was also simple, since it's a hotel.
