Fast— almost instantaneous— service. Drop off took literally about 10 seconds, pick-up was about 30 seconds only because they had to fetch the bags and remove their identifying tags.

Stasher was brilliant and I was so pleased I found them online. It provided the ideal solution to what we could do with our luggage when we had to vacate our rental apartment by 10am but wanted to spend the day at the tennis in Eastbourne. It took just a few minutes to organise online on my phone the night before, we walked to the local Premier Inn the next morning, and had a luggage-free day, picking up our cases at the end of the day before heading to the train station. Perfect!

When I first booked, I was a little nervous dropping off my bag at a random convenience store. But the gentleman who took it was so kind and willing to bend when we asked if we could have access to close in the bag during the day. This was a great plan so we did not need to go all the way back to change for the theater at our place.
