I was unable to find a location available when I tried to book a day before arrival, I sent a question on the chat and received a response some time later (It wasn't immediate response but I wasn't checking it until much later) to let me know about something that opened up. Leaving and retrieving bag was also simple, since it's a hotel.

Very simple and effective. No complications and freed me from dragging the bag around London. I was able to leave my bag close to where I was touring on the last day, saving me an hour of tubing around London to make it back to the airport in time.
