Great customer service. I arranged and paid to drop two bags off at a location near Kings Cross. Unfortunately our train to London was cancelled and we had to cancel the trip, therefore never getting to use the Stasher service I had paid for. I didn't really expect to get a refund as the situation was no fault of Stasher, however within an hour of emailing them they had replied with a sympathetic email and a full refund. Hopefully we will rearrange the trip again soon and use this company.

I left my luggage at this hotel before I visited Parliament Building. It was convenient and reliable. Good service.

Top, certainly also the cancellation process. Due to a delay with the train, it was no longer necessary for us to drop off our luggage. As a result, we were able to easily cancel the drop-off.

We were looking for a place to stash our luggage for the day until our flight left at 9:30 PM that evening. This was an excellent option. It was easy, the location was great and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Was a very good way to explore the city empty handed. Our Airbnb host suggested the service to us because we arrived 6 hours prior to check in. We were able to quickly find the place, applied and paid online and had a great day exploring Rome. Got back and got our luggage safe and sound. Price is fair.
