Great ready easy to use.

All good. I was a little surprised to see that there were no lockers, rather an employee of the store put a tag on my bag and took it back... somewhere. But I got it back as I had handed it over, no problems.

Finding a place was easy, I chose hotels as they provided most flexible check in and check out times (due to being open 24/7). The staff were helpful.

This was the first time that we used Stasher (didn't know about it before). We learned about it from Event Travel, when booking tickets for a concert that we couldn't take bags into. As we were travelling up and back from Cornwall, but not staying overnight, and catching the sleeper back, we wanted a few creature comforts for the journey, but not to lug them around town. There were a choice of Stasher sites near Paddington to choose from, within minutes, and some were open 24 hours, so we didn't need to worry about getting back by a certain time. We used the Shakespeare hotel, and they were very quick and accommodating, with our bag waiting for us behind reception when we got back.

Stasher.com is a brilliant idea that gives you a great way to explore cities without the hassle of luggage. I chose a hotel that kindly accepted my things and gave me a sense of security.

Very easy, convenient and a fair price. Dropped the bags off to a very helpful receptionist and picked them up later in the day.....No problem, easy peazy.

It is really what you need on your one day visit to a city. You leave a bag, then you grab a bag. Perfect.

We needed to stash bags for our family of 5 until our late night flight and this host was so helpful, accommodating, and overall easy and pleasant to coordinate with. We highly recommend!

I was rating the service from the people in the shop, they were great. I am concerned that Stasher will add costs to my hotel stays. If leaving luggage at hotels that I stay in is charged for, so we’ll see in the future whether we like Stasher or not.
