I was apprehensive about leaving my case in an Internet cafe, however my case was given a tag, I was given a card with the same number and my case was securely locked away. Everything was very quick and easy. I will definitely use this service and location again.

The online system is so friendly, quick and reliable. The officer on duty also knew how to do it. The only issue was that it stated the time I had to check the baggage in and out (like predetermined), which was a little bit confusing. Can someone fix the issue and leave the choice of timing to the customers?

Charlie's is a perfect location, just around the corner from Paddington Rail and Paddington Underground stations. Prompt service. I even decided to get a straight razor shave on the spot!

Really handy when shopping for the day and don't want to carry your luggage around. I'd say a little overpriced but I guess the demand is there but it's a fab idea!

Used them to leave our case whilst we wandered round London Zoo and it was perfect. Left luggage at the train station was triple the cost and usually very busy and slow. Will definitely use Stasher again
