We had a party of four, each with a large backpack and wanted to spend our day in the city without carrying heavy bags all day. The online aspect was the really easy part. The hotel staff were very switched-on. It took only minutes at each end of the day to drop and collect. It's also a great value service which provides real convenience. When compared to other facilities available nearby, it's a real no-brainer!

I needed a safe place to leave my luggage and not having rented a car, I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to waste a day of vacation tiring myself out and limiting my movements by carrying my bags around. In 3 clicks, I solved a problem, and I was impressed by the number of nearby places to store my luggage...

Fantastic experience. Very close to Euston and Kings Cross Station. We had an afternoon before our train departure and it was so handy to be able to leave our bags at the Nisa convenience store. Friendly staff, although it took a few minutes to get our bags because it was so busy. It’s also a very handy shop to get supplies for train journey. Easy to book and inexpensive.

Found the service online. Simple to find out when the stash locations were open and to see which were closest to where I needed to be. Drop off and pick up were seamless. Allowed me to explore Oxford between checking out of my hotel and catching a bus to Heathrow without having to return to the hotel. Didn't save me money because it was 18 pounds for 3 bags, which easily would have covered the cab both ways, but it saved me the travel time, which I didn't have since I was doing a tour.

A great opportunity to leave things in a convenient place for a few hours. It is very helpful for those who left their rental apartment in the morning without storage, and the flight is late in the evening. The prices for storage at train stations and airports in London are quite high!

Very easy to use, dropped off and collected suitcase in seconds

Easy booking process. We wanted a left luggage location close to Euston Station, London. Several were available, we opted for the Premier Inn as the hotels are used to dealing with luggage and operated 24 hours. The check in was quick and simple and the collection a few hours later that day was hassle free. Great service.
