reception very helpful - 3 minutes to check in my bag !

An excellent service provided by Matadar News, a local news agent really close to Piccadilly Station, Manchester. Our flight got in at 9 but we couldn't check into the apartment until 3. Being able to use this service meant a bag-free day for shopping and sightseeing. They were so professional and efficient. We paid in advance and just showed the confirmation on my phone and that was it, we were on our way in 2 minutes with our ticket for collection, which was also quick and easy on return. So simple, I was nervous as I had never used this before but I need not have worried as it was brilliant, I would recommend to others and would definitely use again. It's nice to give a few pounds to support the local businessman rather than the big hotels too.

Easy to find and drop off safe and easy pick up later. Only negative website not so easy to use for first timers ..perhaps could be more intuitive. But excellent idea and great service ...this works ..we used it in 2 locations in London both excellent
