Very nice staff and good service. We were pleased to get to know the hotel. When we visit London next time, we will definitely look for a room there first.

Perfect as usual. It's already the third time that I book in this place for a short delivery and always appreciate the kindness of the owners, their willingness to help, and smiling at every guest. And in case you lost the last gift for mum or dad, you can find all you need, with better prices than downtown ;-)

This is a really good service for anyone travelling on a long overseas holiday but not requiring all luggage when travelling on budget airlines. The service is reasonably priced and your luggage is secure and safe. We are a family of 4 travelling to London from Australia - required luggage to be stored whilst visiting Rome and Barcelona. Perfect.

The place where I stored my bags is just a few steps from Victoria station in a rather chic residential area. The staff was kind and helpful. I dropped off my bags at 9:00 AM and picked them up at 10:00 PM. Absolutely recommended!

Drop-off and pick-up were really quick and easy, only a few minutes on foot from the railway station and lovely cafe with really friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend!

It was super easy to drop off my bags in the morning near Victoria Station and picked them up in perfect condition in the evening. Everyone I interacted with at union gifts was lovely and I couldn't recommend an easier way to store luggage! Thank you!
