I didn’t have any issues and the whole experience was very smooth. This location is perfect if you are thinking on shopping around Oxford St.

Very friendly people. We were even offered coffee on our return and were assisted down the stairs with our very heavy bags. The process was simple and the place easy to find.

Cheap, easy, efficient service. Booked online and used the Premier Inn next to Kings Cross. Left my case there in the morning and picked it up in the evening. Just had to show the booking to the staff at Premier Inn. They then tagged my bag, gave me the other part of the tag and that was it. I could then have a great day in London without dragging my suitcase with me, and all for £6. I highly recommend this service. Do not hesitate, book it now!

easy to get too near Euston station

Service was easy, at the very start I thought it would be difficult to understand, but I was wrong! I needed to go to a concert and put my luggage somewhere and this was the place! :)

Practical, fast, easy booking

Travelling by train from Devon to Heathrow, we wanted to visit an exhibition in London. Using Stasher to store our luggage for the afternoon was brilliant. Chose somewhere five minutes from Paddington. Simple, straightforward and cheap. Would definitely use this service again.

Friendly and helpful staff

Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Bag security could have been a little tighter ie, instead of asking which bags were ours when we went to collect them, they should have identified our bags by checking the identifying tags. On the whole though, a great service, and would use again as it was very convenient.

I had a four hour wait to check into my rental. Stasher came in handy. The online booking was easy and the location and experience at the drop off was very convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go sight seeing or shopping without having to carry their luggage along.
