My hotel said that I had to use your service because I needed to STASH overnight and stated the overnight fee. We then booked the service and were charged an overnight and hourly fee. The hourly fee was even more because we identified a much later arrival than expected just in case. If same day stashing doesn't cost anything then a hourly fee for 7pm versus 3pm pickup doesn't make sense.

Seems like a great service. I actually didn't get to drop off my bag because my Airbnb allowed me an earlier check in. However Stasher refunded my money hassle free. I would use them again
