very convenient but we ended up storing 1 piece of luggage less than pre-booked. When asked whether i could receive a refund, the person in the newsagent claimed to now know anything about how to do this.

Very convenient - great location. Smooth process in leaving the luggage and retrieval. Guy at Jimmy & Sons was very helpful in giving us a hand when we have retrieve luggage from the basement store. There were surveillance cameras all over the stores but would have been even better if customers are not allowed direct access to the storage area.

Made a day trip to Brighton on my way through to Barcelona and was grateful for this service to store my luggage. had no trouble booking, dropping off my luggage, or picking it up.

They took the bags with no wait, no problems. Retrieved the bags at the assigned time the same way. Everything went smoothly which is very much appreciated when traveling.

Easy to use service, well located in th city centre, shame it doesn’t open later than 530pm. Friendly staff although bag return queue was big at the end of the day, so not something I’d want to be trying to do in a hurry. I would definitely use this service again if staying in Oxford.

Secure storage in a convenient location.

This was the easiest booking service, I also phones the city stashed office and was so impressed with the helpful person that answered the phone. 2 of us were going to a concert at The London Stadium, and we’re not allowed to take bags bigger than a3. This is a service I had never heard of until I went online to try to book a locker at a station. I have since recommended this to people I know are often visiting London and don’t alwat want to carry a big bag around. Excellent idea and service.

It could be a 5 stars, very good location, next to Paddington station. But the receptionist in that hotel is very impolite and not helpful. Well, for this price in London wht can you expect ?! LOL

We were delighted to learn that there are services like this around London but hesistant because of security. After checking and comparing, Stasher came out to be the best choice for us so we started looking for a place where we can leave our luggages. Jimmy and Sons has their luggage storage in their basement. We were expected some help in carrying the luggages down and then up the stairs but we had to do it all by ourselves.

Very easy to book and pay. Easy to find. Very convenient for Kings Cross Station and much cheaper too!
