Immediately pointed to the back of the store, met by friendly "Shaik?" who issued me with a receipt for my 2 bags and off I went to Twickenham for the match. Reverse process just a painless - well done!

Perfect when attending matches at Twickenham - you walk straight past the shop as you walk from the station to the ground.

Easy to find and with no queues this was a much better option than using left luggage services at the station. Yes, it's cheaper, but there are so many more reasons for using this service. Our host was extremely accommodating when I realized I'd left documents in the case pocket - no fuss to pull out the right case and wait while I sorted it. I highly recommend this service, especially Nisa local near Euston station. Thank you.

Secure storage, flexible times, good service

Everything was perfect :)

Turned up at Twickenham shop, dropped off bag, gave me a ticket, went back, picked it up. No fuss, no complications, easy peasy. Only downfall was that the queue to station on return went back further than shop so could not access entry to shop for ages. Not their fault, they are close to station and convenient.

Very easy to book and drop off bags. Picked up later on with the same ease. Highly recommend if needed to store bags before a flight etc so you don't carry them around a busy city!

The drop-off and pick-up were really quick and easy, and it was great not having to carry my luggage around the city all day and knowing it was being looked after.
