Fantastic service just would have liked later collection time

After spending a weekend in London we needed somewhere for our cases whilst we spent our last day in Camden Market. The store we used was close to King’s Cross and we were in and out in 5 minutes for both drop off and collection. I’d definitely use them again.

I was In town on business, so needed to look presentable, not turn up with a rucksack to a meeting. The shop was friendly, polite and I knew I could leave my items in confidence. I even accidentally left money in my bag, but no issues when they handed it back. Will use again ;)

The service wss perfect and the idea great. The distance from the trainstation however should have been clearly stated. Far too long for two heavy suitcases

First was easy to get to the place, the lady in charge was super polite and our baggage was stored in a safe place. Good experience.

Very handy service. Easy and fast to book online and there are a lot of locations available in the UK and in Rome. Not all the locations feel super safe but I've never had anything damaged or stolen so far, so can't really complain!

Did exactly what we needed. Easy location too for onward journey to T5

We had 1 hand bag and another small one no mention of the price for one bag. We asked them to take both but they refused.

Great place to store

Super simple and easy to use, safe storage and convenient. Way better than a big railway station with lockers!
