Simple and okay!

The lady who was working at the hotel when I got there to leave the luggage wanted to charge me again for the service. It could be a mistake but also a conscious scam, this shouldn't happen at all.

I booked a back at Station Food and Wine on Edgware Road and the owners were super friendly and professional - thanks!

So easy to use, prepaid before arrival. Bags tagged and stored away to allow us a luggage free day in London and the shop was only 2 minutes from Kings Cross

You have to look for the address, do not have in mind the picture, otherwise you won't find the place. Easy, I left my backpack and I picked it up when it was time. Good location.

Super easy to book online and drop off/collect luggage. There was a clear system in use to give each piece of luggage a unique non-removable plastic tag (like a zip tie) and us the associated receipt/ticket.

A polite friendly service which left me in no doubt that my bags would be well looked after. Ideal location for Kew Gardens and very easy to locate when getting off the Tube.

It was so simple to do online - in person when I dropped my bag off the people were friendly and helpful - the Stasher service perfectly solved my problem of where to leave my bag securely for a few days, near the railway station, for a reasonable price.

I was on my last day in London and needed a place to leave my luggage for a few hours. The 'storage' was about 5 minutes walk from South Kensington Tube Station. Excellent location. The only negative point was that when I returned to collect the luggage it was out in full view of customers. It is a small shop and was probably safe but I would have preferred that the luggage was kept in a storeroom. I would use the service again.

Very good service. Nice people running the stop. Took our bags, tagged them and locked them into storage. Would definitely use again. So handy and good price.

I was running late because of cancelled trains into London, and I wanted to attend an organ recital at Temple Church. The clerk at Premier Inn explained how to use the website, and about 10 minutes later, I was bagless and headed off to sightsee. Pick up was just as easy.
