Easy process and very friendly staff. Very close to the Tower of London and the tower gateway station. Would recommend!

Service parfait, simple, rapide et sérieux ! Je ne connaissais pas mais je recommande à tous ceux qui doivent laisser leur bagage dans Londres pour une journée de visite. (moins de 25 € contre près de 90 € à la consigne de la gare !)

J'avais 15h d'escale à Paris donc je voulais en profiter pour visiter la ville et retrouver des amis. J'ai pu laisser mes bagages à moindre coût chez Hôtel Victoire et Germain, ce qui m'a permis de mieux me déplacer. C'était très facile de faire la réservation sur le site de stasher et de retrouver les locaux par la suite. L'accueil était bien chaleureux et le service était excellent!

Excellent service. I first made a mistake in pickup-time in the initial booking, got on to chat and received an immediate answer that I did not have to worry about it as long as I would not exceed the 24 Hrs. Also leaving and picking up the luggage at the Stash point went very smooth and quick. i will definitely make use of this service again -if available in the country of course.

The location name mentioned on the booking confirmation and the actual location name were different. I was finding the right place almost for 20 mints and literally roming from one place to another place with my heavy luggage. Please take this seriously and ensure that right location name is being mentioned on the confirmation receipt/email. Further I would request you to send Google map location also along with confirmation email instead of just sending a location Name.

Very easy process, from booking to dropping the bags off, to picking them up. The fact that it's a hotel made me feel comfortable with the safety of my luggage. Great location, close to Euston.

I've used this service to leave my luggage close to Victoria Station in London, and I found it very easy, cheap and helpful. Sure I'll use it again!

We were staying on London for a few days and needed to store one case while we were siteseeing before going to hotel. Great place for visiting The Tower of London. Quick and easy. Would you them again. Have recommened them to family.

Absolutely superb service, quick easy, convenient, great staff, great location. Will use again and would recommend to all that want to leave there bags while going around London. Extremely close to padddington also

Easy to leave bags in a convenient location.

Great, very quick and efficient booking, dropping off and picking up. Only gripe is that the map didn't show the drop off location (just the local area with no marker), the photo was an entrance that isn't on the road given in the address, and there are two Premier Inns next to each other (Euston and St Pancras) that are not clearly signed on the outside. In fairness part of this is Premier Inn's fault, but either way I had to walk an extra few hundred metres with heavy bags because I ended up at the wrong one.

Booked online from my phone just 5mn before dropping the luggage ! No need for an account or anything, so everything was super fast and really easy to use. I'll definitely use it again next time I need to drop my bag for the day when visiting.

Easy to find and store.

They just made it easy to reserve and pay on line in advance of our trip to England. The service was very good considering they operate out of a tiny storefront just across from Central Station
