I first made a mistake in pickup-time in the initial booking, got on to chat and received an immediate answer that I did not have to worry about it as long as I would not exceed the 24 Hrs. Also leaving and picking up the luggage at the Stash point went very smooth and quick. I will definitely make use of this service again - if available in the country of course.

We were staying in London for a few days and needed to store one case while we were sightseeing before going to the hotel. Great place for visiting The Tower of London. Quick and easy. Would use them again. Have recommended them to family.

Booked online from my phone just 5 minutes before dropping the luggage! No need for an account or anything, so everything was super fast and really easy to use. I'll definitely use it again next time I need to drop my bag for the day when visiting.
Easy to find and store.
They just made it easy to reserve and pay online in advance of our trip to England. The service was very good considering they operate out of a tiny storefront just across from Central Station.
Super nice service. Great location. Not far from Tower. Around the corner from a lovely little Breakfast Cafe (Peter's cafe). If we stay again in this area, we'll leave the luggage at the same place. Definitely recommend.
