We’re so disappointed when we have our baggage back from one of the designated location, one of our suitcase was damaged. We made call to the service center and they promised will call us back but at the end no one return call to us!

So easy....Select the area you’re looking for, in our case somewhere around Paddington Staion, find a Stasher place, pay online, receive confirmation on your smartphone, turn up, all done. Brilliant!
