The process was easy, the staff were very helpful and I would recommend them.

The gentleman that took my bag was very nice and let me know until what time they could keep my bag for. At the end of the day everything was intact, they removed my tag for me and were generally friendly. The location is also really close to the train station so it makes for an easy journey.
Booking process was straightforward, price was competitive compared to the alternatives, and the process of dropping my bag off and collecting it from the hotel was easy.
I think this service is amazing. I stumbled upon this website when the hotel I was staying at did not offer the service of storing luggage. Found a couple options, but they were either quite pricey, or just purely inconvenient. I think it is amazing to have this service where you can pull your luggage to one of the hotels, and they are willing to take in your luggage at an affordable price.

Seamless and flawless, we checked out of our hotel early, which was located in east London, and it was just so convenient to be able to leave our bags located in the center of London rather than make the journey back to the hotel and then to the airport! Easy and effortless which makes the difference these days!
