Quick and easy!

Lovely people straight forward

The welcome and drop off was friendly.

I was in Brigthon and they don't a luggage lockers at the station and didn't want to carry it all over town. I looked on the net and found a Stasher point just outside the station. It was easy to book on the website and the in-store person was very friendly. So helpful to have that kind of service. Thanks

Great concept in convenient locations. However the process on arrival at stores is slow and bags are not immediately stored safely, but are in fact left on the side.

Schnell und unkompliziert. Das Shakespeare Hotel befindet sich 2 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof Paddington. Leider kann man nich in bar bezahlen.

Good quick service

Check-in and check-out were both easy. They were able to pull up my confirmation despite having no internet due to building maintenance. Everyone was nice and my items were safely kept right across the street from the train station for a cheaper fee than the in-station luggage storage providers.

Dreadful. The shop was closed when I went to leave luggage despite my having booked. I waited around 50 minutes. There was a note on the door saying back in 5 minutes with an "emergency" phone number which didn't work. I was lumbered with my luggage all day.

Used Stasher in Edinburgh. We had been staying in self-catering accommodation & were not flying home until the evening. It was so convenient to have a place to leave case for the day. Easy to use, a great service.
