The website could probably differentiate ski bags from other luggage as the hotel is complaining that ski bags are not considered luggage, so the best way is to have ski bags and luggage differentiated, so the hotel doesn’t complain.

What a great idea this is! I just looked up where we were having our evening meal and the website showed me a nearby hotel that would store my case. I booked online and dropped my case off in the morning after checking out of my hotel. Really easy, they looked at my email on my phone, took my case and gave me a ticket. Shopping and managing a 12 year old round London is so much easier without having to manage a suitcase. We shopped all day then went for dinner; I picked my case up and we caught the train home. It made our last day in London so much better. I found an online voucher so it cost me less than a fiver. Totally worth it!
