I understand that it is supposed to be a safety measure to make your "stashes" hard to spot, but that little bit of safety is not worth the inconvenience and unpleasantness it brings to the customer experience. Also prepping your workers to know what to do would be the minimum effort for you. I did not get the things I paid for: There was no seal and no safe, locked room. The guy gave me a number on a piece of paper and put my bag in their office. And I really don't blame him. He was very helpful seeing as he didn't have much of an idea of what to do. His superiors (i.e. you) should've prepped him better. All in all it does not say good things about your service that I felt the need to take everything of value with me, because the dodginess and disorganisation made me worry about you robbin me.

die Wegbeschreibung könnte besser sein. Mittendrin im Einkaufszentrum hat man nun mal keinen GPS Empfang, daher war es nicht so einfach, das Hotel zu finden. aber die Lagerung selbst verlief völlig einfach und ohne Komplikationen. alles super!

Great service which we will use again. The Premier Inn staff had not received an email from Stasher informing them of our booking, but sorted it out quickly. Staff at this Premier Inn (T4, Heathrow) are super helpful.

Everything was smooth, no problems. And location could not be better, right near Leicester Square tube exit. The storage area doesn't look that secure, since anyone using the internet computers downstairs could access bags; but they couldn't leave with a bag very easily without being seen by staff upstairs since exit is narrow.
