I was worried about trying this, but everything worked out great. The website was slightly buggy (at least on iOS) but not bad enough to stop me from using it. Hanover Hotel was great - both for dropoff and pickup. They even gave us a room so we could change and freshen up, which was especially nice.

If you sign up for this service ensure that there is always someone at the premises. After email check in the shop was locked and although the lady returned after 10 minutes I had no way of knowing how long she would be. She was very pleasant but to be told ‘Good job you came now as I was just going to the post office’ isn’t very reassuring!

Nothing special, just simple and easy.

Abominable. I booked online to drop off a bag between 9.00 and 10.00. I arrived at the shop (Tipple) and nobody was there. I waited half an hour. Nobody. I went for a coffee and came back 20 minutes later. Nobody. I waited til 10.42. Nobody. I was going to a funeral and had to carry my bag to the church. Not a good day. The next day I tried to contact them by their allegedly "Live chat". No answer ever. Finally I got a reply to a second email. They promised to refund my money and offered me a 98% discount next time but I have no plans to visit the UK in the near future. And, of course, the stress and inconvenience of the first time does not give me a lot of confidence. What would have happened if I'd been trying to pick up a bag and had a train or plane to catch? There was a woman outside the shop trying to pick up keys to a holiday flat using another service. Really not acceptable.

Shop wasn’t open when I arrived, had to carry luggage with me all day. Absolutely appaling service.

Vriendelijke mensen en een mooie locatie. De koffers stonden gewoon onder de bar, dat had ik anders verwacht voor die prijs.

After reading countless bad reviews of the bag drop at Rome Termini station, we used this service. The hotel was literally across the street from the station, and dropping and retrieving our bags was fast and easy (and WAY cheaper than Termini’s service). We would definitely use this again!
