Last minute check in was a late time and to avoid wasted time I’m glad I found Stasher to stash our luggage so we can continue our plans of sightseeing. Although I forgot my password Stasher didn’t send my reset link right away which I had to call in for the link to be sent to me and it still didn’t work. Technical issues.

Very easy and quick to book, lots of choice of outlets so really convenient and the staff at the outlet we chose were excellent. Great service and value for money.
We were staying near Southwark Bridge on the south bank for two nights and we wanted to meet some friends and enjoy our day in London before our train home from Paddington. Option one, leave our bags on the Southbank and go all the way back to get them at the end of the day, then go all the way back to Paddington, or use Stasher. The process was quick and efficient. This made our day far more enjoyable. Only tip, the website is quite glitchy on an iPhone. It took me 3 attempts to book. You need an app :-)
Everything. We had 10 hours between checking out of our hotel some 20 miles north of Liverpool and before boarding our ferry that evening. Within a few minutes of finding your website we had enrolled, booked a left-luggage with the hotel nearest to the ferry terminal. Paid for it and received a booking ID by return email. Took the taxi to the hotel chosen and having shown the booking ID swapped our cases for two tickets. A great day was had around Liverpool One and it was so easy to collect our cases and walk the five minutes to the ferry check-in. A great solution at a very reasonable price.

Check in was easy and efficient. They checked my ID and tagged my bag. Pick up was also just as smooth. I just turned in my ticket and was out of there in minutes.
