The service was just as advertised and very helpful. Although the store we used closed 3 hours earlier than it said on the site. Was not a big deal for us this time but could have been an issue.

I wanted somewhere to leave my case whilst I went to the ballet, and then out in London. The online booking was easy and the storage was very convenient for me to catch an early train out of London Kings Cross. The staff at the site were very helpful and friendly, and made me feel relaxed and confident about leaving my personal belongings. I will be using stasher in the future!

Smooth service

Easy to find the location, close to the train station. Professional and helpful staff gave us peace of mind about leaving our suitcases there in a locked space. A no-brainer to stash bags instead of dragging with us around the city all day until our train left. Freed us up to take a tower of London tour. Great!

Small family run convenience store that is open late even on Sunday. Extremely friendly and professional. This was my first time using Stasher and was concerned. I didn't need to be, because they knew the process well and stored the bags securely until our return. No surprises just good friendly service!
