Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

We needed last minute luggage storage and it was very easy to book online. Although there were a problem with the confirmation email (for some reason I didn’t get them but luckily I did screenshot the booking number that showed up at the end of application), I called up to their customer service and the people there were very nice and helpful. In the end I got the confirmation email quite late though, but the person at Saad Souvenirs were very nice accepting our luggages with booking number in the first place and asked to showed us the email when we got them later on. All in all good experience and I’d definitely use them again in the future. Be advised to allow at least 15-20 minutes extra when you plan to get back your luggages, as it can gets very busy (you don’t want to miss your train to airport, don’t you?)

The Stasher station that I used was great and worked flawlessly. But a few days later I tried to book at another place and it was full - clicked on a few others and each of them said it was full. I didn't see an option to find the nearest station that was not full.

First, find a suitable place to store, make an online reservation, it's easy and convenient.

The Shakespeare hotel received our luggage expediently and efficiently. The luggage was secure and safe in their care and was handed over to us as expediently as when we left it. It really saved our last day in London and made it possible for our family to spend the day in the zoo instead of sitting somewhere watching our luggage.
