Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

I used the Quantum Web Cafe Stasher in Reading last week by the extremely helpful Robert. My case has broken, I went and not a new one, transferred everything and then was cheeky enough to ask for just hot water to go with my Yorkshire tea bag AND the use of a phone charger. I used them because my Train wasn’t till mid afternoon. Apart from a quick trip out to buy headphones I sat in the Quantum Web Cafe until my train time. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially Robert who was the perfect host.

The process went extremely smoothly. The online booking was easy, and dropping off my bag and picking it up later was quick and efficient. I would use this service again.

For the first time, we used the Stasher app for luggage concierge. It is easy to use, very well organized with the drop-off location (We chose the Premier Inn at King Cross). The operating procedure is applied seriously (tracking ticket, identity check). At the Premier Inn: quick service with a smile. We recommend this service, which was suggested to us by our Airbnb host.
