The website was easy to use, and it was nice being able to filter through areas and times that were convenient to us. Booking online was easy and checking in and retrieving was easy. Great service!

This is a great location near St Pancras train station. A <5min walk worth it saves off what they are charging in the station. Staff at Jotel were super friendly and efficient - so much so I would now consider staying there on a future trip.

This service is a life saver if you want to get right to sight seeing, and your hotel room isn’t ready, is out of the way, or if they won’t let you drop bags off early.

Friendly staff who looked after the bags well. Bags were stored in a secure room and felt safe leaving them there.

My son needed somewhere close to London Bridge to store a heavy bag while we went to watch a football match. We made the booking on the train, the drop-off location (Saad Souvenirs) was right by the station and the service there - both when dropping off and collecting - was excellent. The whole process could not have been easier or more convenient.
