polite and straight foward

Very smooth and quick procedure. Good experience for me who stayed at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4 and the Drop off / Collection location was just the Hotel Reception.

Needed a place to leave our suitcases while at the theatre that was near to station (Paddington) - startion left luggage only open till 11pm and we couldn’t guarantee to be back by then. The hotel was so close, really friendly staff and all very quick and easy!

Way easier than I expected. I filled out the online form with payment about an hour before we arrived, and only had to tell the hotel clerk that we had a Stasher reservation. He gave us Stasher branded zip ties for the bags, and that was it! When we came back we were slightly out of the time period we indicated on the website, but still within the 24 hour payment period, and all I had to do was show them my tags. The whole process was easier than writing this review! The best part was not having to lug extra bags all over London and we didn't have to worry about museums, etc. Would recommend!

Everything worked perfectly :) I dropped my things off and could pick it up again without any problems or complications. I was a bit paranoid but I think as long as you lock your suitcase, it's fine!

It's a bit weird leaving a suitcase in a shop. But the service was good. Would use it again! It was great to leave the suitcase and go out without it.

Very convenient. The location is fine. Just walk about ten min to the Stasher location from Kings cross railway station. The course is very simple and price is valuable. We will choose the stasher again!

left our luggsge at mojo cafe was a great solution for the day and a execellent coffee and food on the return.

Efficient, easy, cheap and my bags were well taken care off!
