Was directed from the help desk at Bristol templemeads. Person at the desk at the hotel gave me clear instructions on what to do.

Was good. Nothing really to note as things went brilliantly well

It was excellent, very fast. Handed in the luggage. Perfect just exactly what I needed.

Good. Easy and quick to use. My only criticism is the hidden service charge.

Easy and quick way to find storage options. I'll definitely use it next time!

Super easy-to-use and book, the pricing was transparent and it was convenient.

Very easy to use site. The issue was that the site still had the drop off shop listed as Costcutter. We spent at least 30 minutes trying to find the shop, only to ring the shop and be told it’s name had changed but Stasher had not changed it on their site. It is now called Waterloo Stores and is actually very easy to find coming out of Lambeth North underground station, once you know the correct store name! The guy in the shop was very helpful and stayed on the phone until he saw us. Easy for Stasher to rectify this on their site and stop others experiencing the stress we had!

Website was very easy and intuitive to use. I booked my bag slot quickly
