I booked incorrectly first so booked again later. I sent an email to request money back for my original transaction which was promptly dealt with.....I was also a little late picking my bag up......informed them and they responded very well and quickly.....I would happily give them 10 out of ten and without hesitation recommend them again.

Great system. Booked at 2 locations in Central London and both hotels took the bags without any difficulties. This is a very well organised system which is much more cost effective than other options.

Excellent service! 6 bags stashed safely away whilst we hit the town for the day. Cheerful guy locked our bags up, tagged them for us and took contact details. We collected them, all at different times as our party split up, without any problem. Bargain at the price and will use service again. We have used it several times before too.

I booked the service at Premier Inn at Westfield Stratford Centre. The checking in process was quick and easy. My backpack didn't have a lock on it so the hotel staff provided a cable tie to secure the bag. The checkout took minutes. I dropped off the luggage at around 8PM and picked it up at 3PM the next day. I would use the service again, and highly recommend it.

Easy to check in and book online. The hotel we chose to stash our bags was secure and we had good service. Will definitely use this service again.

They found me somewhere local about 5 mins away from Euston station so waking distance. I was comfortable with leaving my luggage with Premier Inn as it is a well known hotel chain. If you’re out and about all day the last thing you want to do is drag a suitcase around through central London on a Saturday. I think the service is perfect and was a life saver for me. Would use again.

I used stasher with the Primier Inn in Brighton. Quick, easy and safe. I would use it again definitely. I recommend other users to use hotels instead of shops because they are open until late.
