Quick and easy service to use. Aberdeen railway station no longer has a left luggage facility so I looked for an alternative. Straightforward online booking process on Stasher and very efficient in-store experience at the Premier Inn in Aberdeen.

Great service - easy to book online and choose location and time slots. The Hub was only a few yards from where we were staying. Dropped bags off which was quick and easy and pleasant helpful staff at the Hub.

What a fantastic idea! We were able to wander around Vancouver until our check-in time without having to drag our luggage around with us for six hours. The location was easy to access, the staff friendly and efficient, and it was such a relief to know that our things were safe!

Simple to book. but you do have to hunt around if you need to pick baggage up later than 5.30pm A lot of the locations are shops and will close around that time. I managed to get mine into a Premier inn opposite Euston station which was a great help. Other than that it was a lot cheaper than leaving at the station.

Friendly, efficient, quick, polite, convenient and easy to set up. What's not to like?

convenient and safe

It was very convenient. We had only half of our day. So, we needed to drop off our luggage somewhere in order to go to Louvre. There are a lot of different locations and price options as well!

Very good service

There was a problem, in that my reference number did not print out on the Stasher email confirming my booking and payment, and quite properly staff at Mojo Cafe could not accept my two bags because they needed the code for insurance purposes. That was very frustrating all round as it involved staff contacting Stasher and getting the code sent not to my phone, as I did not have a smart phone with me, but to the cafe itself. Sebastian took the brunt of all this, including my initial annoyance, and handled both the problem and my exasperation perfectly. He showed me endless patience and courtesy. The problem WAS solved, the bags were stowed, and I was given a cup of coffee whilst waiting. Such helpfulness and understanding are rarely found anywhere and I am most grateful to Sebastian and his colleague for their kindness to me and for their good-natured assistance.
