Quick and good welcome

No problem at all, we arrived at the place where we had reserved to drop off the luggage, we left it there and after the time we indicated, we went to pick it up, the service clearly delivered what it promised 😄

We spontaneously went to Brighton a day earlier, so the reservation was no longer valid. For the staff at Mojo Coffee Club, this was not a problem, and they adjusted the reservation. Quick, uncomplicated, and friendly.

Friendly and helpful. The manageress even leant us two umbrellas for the day. A wonderful experience and pleased to have somebody like that taking care of our luggage. We had numerous bags so good value using stasher and great to be able to prebook on the app.

Really easy and convenient

Booked online the evening before the drop-off. Went to the store (an MBE copy center), left the luggages, lady there was very nice. Picked them up couple of hours later. Worked perfectly and I could not be more satisfied.

Easy to use and we had the extra bonus of how lovely the lady at the front desk where we dropped off our bags. I didn't catch her name but 10/10 for her!

The staff were very helpful, called me by my first name when I walked in the door, tagged and took my luggage to storage. Same experience when retrieving the bags. Would highly recommend as their storefront is just steps from the London Euston train station.

Super easy and convenient, closeby subway station. After showing my reservation, he put a tag on my suitcase and gave me the stub. That was it. In the afternoon I handed him the stub and he retrieved my suitcase.

I felt that our luggage was safe and the customer service was excellent!
