I would totally recommend this service. It was fast, easy. Well located. I did have to go up and down stairs but the location was convenient.

I wasn’t a bit scared of using it since I had never heard of it but it’s been one of the great discoveries for me this year. The booking system is easy to use and you can see on the map the nearest places to store your luggage. The one I chose was very convenient and the man there was very helpful. He even changed my pick up time for me since I put the wrong one by mistake. Will definitely use again.

It was very convenient and easy. As long as you understand the English on the booking site, it is really convenient.

The host of the apartment I rented recommended stasher and told me I would get a 10% discount if I mentioned BNBBuddy. I was unable to mention bnbbuddy while booking on line so I missed out on the discount. It was also cheaper to pay in Euro than GBP. We were a party of 7 so we paid 42 pounds for 7 small cabin cases for 6 hours. Seemed expensive.

Staff were very friendly. Very easy process. Maybe advertise it a little more i.e on Newcastle Arena websites?

Once I had navigated the website which I found a little confusing, the rest of the process was simple and straightforward and hassle free.

Great service both on-line and in the storage facility. We had to change location and that was all processed without a problem. We needed to store two cases whilst we did the London Santa Run - it all went very well.

Used Stasher for the first time when I was in Krakow, Poland as we were staying in an Airbnb which we had to check out of with a late flight. I made the booking an hour before we dropped our luggage off and the system was very smooth. Upon arrival we were met with the receptionist who found my booking and showed us to the storage cupboard.
