Easy, fast, affordable

Really quick to book online. Easy to find and was very grateful not to have to cart our bags around all day

Uncomplicated, quickly checked in three suitcases, dropped them off, and received the section for pickup. Equally uncomplicated pickup. And that without queuing and half as expensive as at the train station.

Easy and conveniently located.

The website was reasonably easy to use. The service was efficient and staff were friendly. The only issue was trying to find the location. We used the postcode and put it in our GPS and it directed us to an alleyway which was wrong. I asked a local man who sent me off in the wrong direction. I had to ring the customer service and they put me through to the office and then I was given clear instructions about which shops it was located next to. It would be better if these details were put in the confirmatory email.

This was easy and convenient. I was initially concerned about leaving my belongings with someone, but I had no issues. I was able to travel around the city I was visiting without having to lug my suitcases with me all day.

I stored my suitcase at Premier Inn while I was at a concert at Wembley Stadium. So easy and quick and felt very safe leaving my possessions in a well-known hotel.

It was very easy for me to find a convenient location to leave my luggage. I was staying in Gunnersbury but visiting Kew Gardens. I did not know the area at all but stashed worked perfectly for me and I will use it again.
