The place to store the luggage is secure and no one can access it without the staff. When I retrieved my suitcase, they checked my identity and my baggage number, which is very professional. This was fantastic and affordable service for us travelling around Europe for a month. We were able to travel lightly and not pay for extra baggage flying around Europe. I highly recommend this service. The online team are really helpful and we were able to store our bags away at Premier Inn Stansted. Price is reasonable also.

I needed to stash my big backpack in Bristol for the day before going to my house sit in the evening. I used the Holiday Inn opposite Temple Meads which was a perfect location and the staff were incredibly friendly. I’m really pleased with my experience.
