A great service: easy to use and exactly what travelers need when they want to spend time after check-out, or before check-in hours. We were able to enjoy a day out and well into the evening hours without toting our luggage around, before going to our accommodation in San Diego.

Excellent service. I made a mistake with the time in the reservation and they allowed me to change the luggage pickup time. You only pay per item.

Needed to store a heavy suitcase for four days. Very convenient service, many options presented about where the bag could be stored, and great value. Will recommend and use again.

Really easy to make booking and the service was fantastic.

Unfortunately I did not get to use the service, because my flight got delayed for 5 hours. What I can say though is that the location is very convenient.

Since there are no lockers at the stations, this system allows you to store your luggage for the time you need and enjoy the day.

Very convenient place to drop off luggage. The store was professional and proper and kept our 7 large bags safe and secure for the day.

This was an easy to use service. While being careful with data it was a bit tricky to find the location. We went to the wrong Ibis originally but they could of course give directions. Directions from your current location would be great once you’ve booked.
