The receptionist was nice, friendly, and professional. She took our bags and stored them in a secure room. We returned later that day and retrieved our bags. Very good service. Stasher located a hotel in a very convenient location for us to leave our luggage in Lyon for around 9 hours. We also used the service in March in Brisbane but had to cancel due to a cyclone. We were given a credit voucher that worked very well this time around.
