Stored my luggage for 1 week. The luggages are stored in a store room that is only accessible by the staff.

Dropping my bag off was easy and fast, especially since I made my reservation only a couple of hours before showing up. It would be helpful to have more clear directions on how to get to the hotel's front desk, which is up one flight of stairs in the 1st floor.

Fabulous location, lovely staff at Oyo Hotel made it very easy for drop off and pick up. Honestly don’t know how we would have managed our first day in England without this service. We plan on using it for our last day too! Note: 7 adults with 7 large suitcases plus several pieces of hand luggage arriving to London from Paris via Eurostar.

Online booking quite easy. Needed to leave a bag while sightseeing. Location opposite railway station, could not have been more convenient.
