Totally saved the day by letting us travel without excess baggage. The check-in process was easy. I was really impressed when they offered us a drink discount at the attached bar.

As you would hope - simple, inexpensive, polite as well as insured! Although the stated final pickup time was 11pm, the guy on the desk said I was welcome to ring on the door should I arrive after this time (Premier Inn)

Good welcome service, BUT your map on web when printed out is too imprecise in showing exactly where the Drop is.

1st time I have used this service as we had an early train into Edinburgh. Booking was simple, bags dropped off near station and we were free to walk around for a few hours luggage free. Would definitely use again.

First time trying it out. Very easy! Just handed the bags to them and collected it just as easily.

Customer service was great, also let us use their courtesy bus to get to the hotel. Will stay at this hotel next time, we were so pleased with service.
