Fantastic service. Dragging your luggage around on the first day and last day of a London visit is a thing of the past.

Booking with the app and PayPal unfortunately did not work on the Tube. On the website, it worked perfectly. No problem with credit card in the app either.

Exactly as promoted - logical, convenient, safe. And this was something digital my son did not know about. Not dragging a bag through rush hour is a relief.
