I left a large suitcase here for 4 days so I could travel light to Cascais. Although at first the employee didn't know anything about the service (it was her second day!), she called the owner and sorted it out for me. Both her and the employee who was there when I picked up my bag were extremely friendly, welcoming and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I felt like I had left my suitcase in good hands and had no problems. I would definitely use this location again!
Efficient and quick service. The only downside is that we had to pick up our luggage by 5 pm.

The entire process was SO easy! My reservation didn’t come up in the store's system though so I would recommend keeping your confirmation email handy! Picking up was even easier and only took a quick minute!
Excellent service so easy to use - hotel just outside the main entrance to Gare Du Nord - quick to check luggage in and collect later - would definitely recommend if you're looking for left luggage services in Paris and we would use this location and company again

Very easy to use. Very convenient. It is good to know that you can leave your luggage safe and not have to drag it around everywhere. The two gentlemen in the shop were friendly and took care of our luggage straight away. I intend to use this service again. Ingenious idea.
This was a fantastic service. We had stayed in an AirBnb in Rome and had to checkout by 11am but didn’t need to leave for the airport until 3pm.. While our host offered to hold our bags if we wished to continue exploring, the apartment we rented was a few stories up in a building and we had a lot of luggage. So, we used stasher and had a secure place to leave our bags that was street level and easy to access. When we finally caught our taxi to the Termini, it was simple to retrieve our things and be on time for our flight. Would use again!
Registering and using Stasher was super easy, no trouble at all. The facilities and staff at the Premier Inn were very good, the staff super friendly and helpful.
We walked around the corner from Waterloo station, dropped off our bags, and headed out to explore London. The price for dropping 4 bags was the best around this area. Safe. Easy. Convenient.

Simple and quick reservation. Easy luggage drop-off. equally simple and secure pickup upon presentation of the tickets given at the time of drop-off. We were able to enjoy our last day in complete peace.
The London location where I stashed my bags was just right around the corner from our air bnb. Quick service, bags were tagged, and we were off. When we returned to pick them up, again; quick service, showed them the tags, they double checked to see that they had them all, and we were off again. I couldn't ask for more. Much better than the nannybag service we tried to use in Paris.
Everything went as expected. No hidden costs, booking was easy.
It's really useful as a system to leave the baggage and not carry it with you all day, I recommend it!
