Excellent reliable service.

No problems with the service. It fulfilled my need to drop off my bags in a place where they didn't get stolen. Hotel was efficient and knew what was going on. Overall no complaints.

Friendly desk staff - quick service - bags were taken into a hallway out of sight of the front desk, not a locked room so it seemed a little unsecure but they were there safe and sound when we returned 6 hours later! :-)

Everything was super simple, easy, and quick. We booked last minute luggage storage, immediately found a place that was cheaper than standard luggage lockers, and seamlessly reserved a spot. Upon arrival, we were greeted and our stuff was tagged and placed in a private room. Pick-up was just as easy and smooth!

I didn't know where to store my suitcase for sightseeing. Stacher allows you to find a place to store your luggage as close as possible to train stations, bus stations, or hotels without worrying about theft. Easy and cheap.
