I was able to use the map function to find a location near the metro station that was convenient for me. I liked that the website had exterior photos of the business so I knew what to look for. The name alone would not have been enough.

I didn’t need to contact stasher directly, but the booking process was mostly smooth. The site could be optimised a bit better for mobile browsers but I guess you are probably assuming most people will download the app!

Easy to find - I just googled luggage storage near Euston! Some articles came up saying how much cheaper it was than the companies based in the Stations so it was a no brainer!

Easy except for having to choose the time and date before searching a location. Would be nice to choose the location and then view available times and dates.

Using Stasher was easy but it sounds like Stasher did not communicate to Hotel Esmeralda about our booking.
