Was happy to find this service in Porto - it gave me 5 hours of happiness in the city instead of sitting gloomily on my heaviest suitcase :) Booked 1 day in advance - fast and easy, everything clear. The storage place was just 300 meters from the bus station - in a bike store. My luggage was taken quickly in 1 second, stored securely and returned with a big smile (and in perfect English). Will use again in other cities! It is important to know that you mention the time of supposed luggage check in and out while booking but in fact you can easily change this time without notice as soon as you are within your stasher point working hours. This is an additional plus - maybe could be mentioned before booking on the site/in the app. I also like this service because of its synergetic nature and cause it gives additional support to local businesses.

Booked this as I was arriving a couple of hours before I could book into my air BnB so needed somewhere to store my luggage. Easy to book. The storage was in a pub so took me a few minutes to get attention as it was a busy Saturday lunchtime. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
