Very easy to use site. The issue was that the site still had the drop off shop listed as Costcutter. We spent at least 30 minutes trying to find the shop, only to ring the shop and be told it’s name had changed but Stasher had not changed it on their site. It is now called Waterloo Stores and is actually very easy to find coming out of Lambeth North underground station, once you know the correct store name! The guy in the shop was very helpful and stayed on the phone until he saw us. Easy for Stasher to rectify this on their site and stop others experiencing the stress we had!
