Peace of mind with insurance and using luggage store room in hotel. Staff helpful and only took a minute. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

After showing the email, the suitcases were tagged with a number, the numbers (small plastic pieces) were handed to us, and the suitcases were locked in a room; when picking them up, we only had to show the plastic numbers. Everything went smoothly.

It was so easy and saved my last day in Amsterdam! Just pay online and drop off the bag. So easy-going staff at the cycle shop and flexible within their opening hours. Great idea to do so!

Win-win solution for both travellers and hotels. I had to spend half a day in Paris before heading to the airport and wanted to go around free from my heavy luggage and found a hotel just 100m away. I found 8 euros per bag a bit expensive, but all in all a great idea.
