I'd definitely return. Though they said they closed at 11, the lady said we could collect after that...it was just that the hotel doors were locked so we'd have to ring. It is right near the theatres around Victoria. Very well located! Charming reception lady.

Great service. We needed stasher to mind our bag with sneakers and jeans and tops. My daughter and I went to Ritz for afternoon tea didn’t want to walk around in high heels all day or carry a big bag all day. Stasher was a great idea minding our stuff. It was easy to book on line .... what a great idea! 5 stars
