I was a little uncertain about leaving my bags when in Europe...I mean, that's crazy, right. But, this service was so fabulous. We arrived at our stashed location, we were greeted by the clerk. She knew to expect us and how many bags we were leaving. We spoke about pick up times and she even asked if there was any other information we needed. We had a set time to pick up, but traffic was nuts and we were depending on public transportation (bus so full, we had to wait for the next one.) However, the store remained open just for us (we were only 12 minutes later than expected.) Another clerk greeted us and knew we'd be there for our stuff.
Luggage was held securely and drop off/pickup was easy. Great system, would use again.

easy booking location close to station people in store friendly and I was dealt with within a couple of minutes and on my way to enjoy the rest of the day again when I collected my bags within a couple of minutes I was on my way
