It took a little while to navigate to the correct page the first time, but then subsequent ease of use was good. Staff at Premier Inn were very helpful and stored the luggage securely. Collection was very easy. Will definitely use again.

Perfect. Immediate welcome, no time wasted. Convenience. Close to St Pancras and King’s Cross (4 minutes) and additionally, the possibility to have lunch while dropping off the luggage for a really reasonable price, and then off for a last day of sightseeing. Everything went very well, I booked online, arrived at the place, handed over my suitcase, and days later I went back to pick it up and everything was very good, totally recommendable and economical.

The service was amazing! I was so worried that I could not spend a proper day layover in Montreal but Stasher saved the day! The customer service was amazing at the hotel & they allowed me to change out of my travel clothes into something more practical for my walk around the town! I will definitely use this service again

No nonsense, went into the store, handed someone the luggage, got a tag in return. Returned later that day, handed over tag, received luggage, everything went smoothly. Recommend!

Awesome App. The left luggage rates at the station in Edinburgh were double the amount that stashly charged and we used the Premier Inn close to the station. Worked out perfectly and the staff were knowledgable of the program and drop off was a breeze!

Great, safe and secure; efficient. Only problem is it's in the basement so we had large suitcases which was difficult to carry up and down the stairs.
