The booking was quite easy, the location was easy to find and the process to check-in and check-out was quite smooth. All in all a cheap and good option.

Very simple online booking and convenient. I booked an AirBnB but arrived too early to check in. Stasher saved me the effort of dragging my bags around London until then, and the drop off point was very close to Waterloo station. Very happy and will use again

Unfortunately, we could not use the service because our entire trip to England was canceled due to the coronavirus. However, the refund procedures worked perfectly and, above all, quickly.

The whole process very fast, simple and well explained. I left the bags at the location, got tickets for them and picked them up some time later.

Very practical and great service facility for travellers - we used a hotel drop off very close to where we were staying in Sydney. Very easy and the staff at the counter were courteous and helpful. We were also able to arrange adding an extra bag with the hotel directly once we had arrived which freed us up even more whilst we spent the last 7 hours in the city before flying out later that evening.

Great! Even though the people didn't speak English there wasn't much to communicate so it worked brilliantly

Great! The supermarket staff was very friendly both upon our arrival and during the backpack pickup. Everything is stored in the warehouse located at the back of the store. Well located, just a few meters from the Corte Inglés in Plaza Cataluña.

Everything worked well, very easy to arrange and to store bags with no problems.

Very polite and informed me when they closed would definitely recommend
