My hotel couldn’t store my bags and I had some hours before my flight, and I decided to walk around Brisbane city. I booked online, super easy and when I arrived at the designated shop the people there were nice and helpful. I would use the service again.

Friendly staff and good location

The service provided was exactly as described online. The people I spoke to when I dropped and picked up my luggage were very warm and friendly. As well, they were very flexible with the drop-off and pick-up times. The customer service was excellent!!

Very easy to book, safe and an excellent service so you don't have to be lugging your bags around when you still have time to do things before going to the airport. First time I have used it and I would definitely use them again
