Superb chap at the reception of the Premier Inn right beside Liverpool Lime Street station who welcomed me warmly and took me through to a secure storage room, professionally marked and with bags secured by a proper tag system. Price superb and it could not have been easier. Extremely pleased.

Simple to book. Very easy to locate and store our bags. Collection was also straightforward. The time slot selected is just an estimate; we dropped off and collected at different times than our booking and had no issues.

Very convenient for King's Cross / St. Pancras station. The reservation process, drop-off and pick-up were all straightforward. The storage room is manned. I would use it again.
