First time user and found it very easy to book and locate the drop off point.

Very nice service. Was a bit hard to find the host (Mail Boxes etc., London) as it was located in a gallery above the street, but the rest is absolutely perfect.

It was easy to find a nearby Stasher location, the booking process was extremely simple and, when we arrived at the hotel where we were due to leave our bags, the woman at the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bags were securely locked in a luggage room, clearly labelled, and the pick-up process was also very straightforward.
