The app works really well. I like that the actual storage locations are included, because post-Covid, I wanted to check the place was definitely open, especially on a Sunday. One issue was that the first quoted price on the website (€5 per day) is different from the final price and the price on the app (€6 per day). I emailed and asked for a discount for a long storage period and was happy that my emails were answered very promptly and I was offered 25%.

Not very easy to use. Would like to see options of choosing from nearest outlet. The platform randomly chooses different one for same area at different even when there is a availability! May be I am not using it correctly. However support team very helpful and prompt with their response.
