Negative points - only informed of extra charge for insurance just before booking - should have been told sooner in the process. Only after booking was informed of necessity of photo ID to collect. I don't carry such ID on me as a matter of course, so this could have been a problem. Advise that this would be required should have been given sooner in the booking process.
