    Operating the app was sometimes a little difficult. Unfortunately, the booking was not displayed in the app at the end. It wasn't a problem in the end, as the booking was confirmed by email, but at first I was confused as to whether the booking was really successful.

    It was quite easy and effective. The only thing was we found out at the place that we should pay online. It took only 2-3 minutes extra but would have been good if this was indicated in advance. Otherwise quite good service.
